It seems that the StudioSubtitling plug-in (latest version: 1.0.9.9) does not work properly if the Studio project is published in GS2017.
Could you please check if that is the problem?

Can you elaborate on what you are doing? At what point do you discover that the plugin doesn't work?

Hi Paul,
Sorry for my late response. When introducing the video path to see how subtitles are placed, it did not work. The plug-in did not load the video properly and subtitles were not displayed as usual. I checked it with a job non published in GS and it worked without problems. The corresponding file types (SRT) are installed, of course.

So you downloaded a project from GroupShare that had been created in Studio using one of the subtitle filetypes... not the out of the box SRT and this will not work?
Does the project in Studio contain the correct filetype?
