Hi Paul,
We installed the SRT and Subtitling Plugins in the appropriate Roaming folder. We do see the SRT file type in Studio, but no icons from the subtitling preview. Studio now refuses to start, a repair installation didn't work either. Here are the error messages:
Please advise.
Can you also try renaming this folder and restart Studio if you're sure you have already reset Studio correctly?
C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15
Once (if) Studio starts you'll need to reinstall the plugins, but don't do this by copying the plugins into the roaming folder. Double click them after downloading from the appstore and allow the plugin manager to install them for you.
