SRT save target file comes back blank

Question

Hello 
 We are testing the subtitling plugin. One of our translators finished their translation and Saved Target As, but when the file was brought in to the video to be added to the video there was nothing in it. 
 Just in case there was an issue with the original translation had the translator remove the project from Trados and re translate the file. This new translation resulted in the same thing. The file did not have the translation in it. 
 This seems to be only an issue for this translator. We were able to open the bilingual file in another translators program and was able to save the target file with no issue. 
 Any idea why with one translator the target file saves blank and the other includes the translation?

 Can you share anything to help diagnose this?

 version of Studio... full version number 
 
 Hard to know what to ask for as I've never heard of anything like this before.

 That doesn't show us the filetype... at least not the one that was used by Studio. You need to be displaying tags in TagID mode to show that. But I guess this confirms it as long as this wasn't moved up there after the project was created and as long as it's actually enabled:
