We have a problem downloading and installing the subtitiling app from the homepage.
When we want to download it, it redirects us to the login button, although we are already logged in.
Can anybody help?

Please clear your cookies and cache or try and use a different browser to see if this helps.
We have tested this now in Chrome/FF and Edge and it all seems to work.
