Hi,

I was using the Studio Subtitling plugin without any problems but had to replace my old computer with a new one last week. But after installing Trados and all the plugins to my new computer, I´m having this issue below. To summarize, I manage to open Trados, but the app crashes every time I try to load the Subtitling Preview. I´ve done many tests to make sure it wasn´t a hardware problem, also updated all possible drives, but nothing makes it work properly. Also, this new computer has a better configuration than the old one, and all other apps I generally use are working well, the only problem I´m having is with Trados or, to be more precise, Studio Subtitling plugin.
