If it gets decent support from other users it may be something we can look at. My own opinion is this is a proprietary subtitle format and not really of interest. We already support more modern exchange formats and you should try to find a way to work with one of them.
But maybe I'm completely wrong so please do create the idea, add your own vote, and let's see if you get any support.
