Hi Johanna,

This is actually part of the core product now and isn't an appstore filetype anymore.  On your question, I think the only configurable capability is these four things:

1. change the filetype extension
2. set the line length limit and specify when lines should break
3. create/edit/delete regex rules for handling embedded content in the translatable text
4. create custom quick inserts

The timecodes are stripped in the underlying code for the filetype, so this would have to be an enhancement request that Patrik Mazanek might be able to answer... perhaps?

A very old post I know, but I thought I'd update it since we now have video preview capability in Studio through a plugin and also support for more source types.
