IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We are still experiencing some difficulties that will affect your ability work with the RWS AppStore. Our IT team is working to resolve this but for now you may not be able to download or upload apps through the RWS AppStore. We apologise for the inconvenience and will update the community when we have a resolution in place. In the meantime you can take advantage of the Private AppStore if you are using Trados Studio 2021 or 2022.

Reminder: Support move to Monday February 17, 2020

Don’t forget that on Monday February 17th, we will be taking support cases through and you will no longer be able to access or log cases through the previous support portal or email. As we cannot guarantee responses or response time for emails sent directly to individuals, and sending an email will not automatically open a support case, please make sure you can log into the support portal Monday so we can solve any access issues before you need support assistance.
