Don’t forget that on Monday February 17th, we will be taking support cases through https://gateway.sdl.com and you will no longer be able to access or log cases through the previous support portal or email. As we cannot guarantee responses or response time for emails sent directly to individuals, and sending an email will not automatically open a support case, please make sure you can log into the support portal Monday so we can solve any access issues before you need support assistance.
