Hello,
I assume you're referring to the MultiTrans desktop client? If that's the case, it sounds like there's an issue with your installation. Could you please try the reinstalling the client? You'll need administrator rights on your computer to do this, so if you don't have administrator rights you'll need to ask IT to do this.
