    The product you are referring to is most likely Trados GroupShare - and you raised the question in the MultiTrans forums. Do not worry about that, as I will do my best to provide you with the expected answer.

    The Logi reporting engine is a 3rd party tool, which was used before Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1 CU09 versions, to display the Dashboard/Reporting details. Starting with the CU09 release of Trados GroupShare 2020 SR1, we use an in-house tool to display the Dashboard/Reporting details.

    The solution is to update your Trados GroupShare application to a newer release, like CU13 (which is the latest one). The installation steps are detailed here: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge

    There is no other solution for your issue, but to update your Trados GroupShare application. There are no discussions with the Logi provider to renew the license.

    Please note that the above issue does not affect the Trados GroupShare application functionality - only the Dashboard/Reporting information will no longer work.
