2024 Subscription Activation Issue

I paid for my 2024 subscription, was informed that there was an "eLearning" program that I had to take part in (which I did), and this was done under the inference that I would need to complete the eLearning to officially activate my license, which I obtained on the 17th of February, I might add. However, my license is still inactive. Is there a way to quickly resolve this, as time lost is now crucial money lost.
