The TermBase Agent in the MultiTrans Add-In allows you to automatically replace or identify all terms contained in all selected TermBases from the resource manager in the document you are translating. 

To help you view the translated expressions in your document, the TermBase Agent displays all replaced or identified terms in colour (blue being the default colour for replaced terms, and lime green being the default colour for identified terms). 

The TermBase Agent will compare the document with all terms in the opened TermBases. If a match is found for the expression, the translation will be inserted or the term identified in the active document. 

To replace or identify terms from a TermBase:  

1. To use the TermBase Agent option, you must have selected at least one TermBase from the Resource Manager. 

1. Set your preferred options by selecting the MultiTrans menu and choosing Options. 

1. Select TermBase Agent from the MultiTrans menu. 

If you are replacing terms found in the TermBase, and there is more than one translation available for a particular term, a window will pop up asking you to select which translation to use.
