If a PM selects a team and applies Pooling to a project but there are no providers in that team that meet the project criteria e.g. language/service, no emails are sent to providers but the PM is not aware of this and is still waiting for responses. It would be good if either a warning message could appear on-screen , or send an automated email to the PM alerting the, to this so they can manually assign someone instead.
