Links to customer portal in document delivery email

When a file is delivered to a customer using the envelope icon at the top of the page, we can choose not to attach the file to the delivery email and instead tick the 'Send as link to PCF' checkbox to deliver the files via the customer portal only. When the email is sent there are two links at the bottom:

Get the document(s) | Obtenir le(s) document(s)

Is it possible to edit these links at all, either the wording/hyperlink/add other links, or is this hard coded?

The reason we ask is because not all customers use the customer portal and they want files to be delivered elsewhere but not attached to emails. In order to make sure a file is marked as sent, we need to 'deliver' it from the system but sending this email with the links is confusing for clients if they do not access the customer portal.
