The use of Team Server needs to manually be activated by the PM on each project.
If defaulted on the project template, it will be used of analysis and pretranslation (eg. since the analysis and pretranslation are based on best match, a segment that constitutes a 97% match against the textbase and a 100% against the TeamServer, will be considered a 100% at analysis and the translation from the Team Server will be retrieved. Considering the Team Server can be fed with just translated text ie not edited/validated, risks are high).

This implies a significant manual effort that can be overcome with a setting that could define at which point the matches should be retrieved from TeamServer. In a high % of cases, the pretranslation would be done only with validated content (ie textbase not team server) and team server would be used for  WebEditor .
