The Providers CSV Export that can be run in each environment by accessing Flow>Providers and clicking on CSV Export has a field called "Internal" but the value is populated when users are created by default in Flow (value 1) and when they are created by other users(Value 0).
The ask is for that the "internal" field in the report shows the value of the Provider Affiliation field in the UI that has 3 different possible values.(Internal Provider, External Provider, LSP)
