Currently, when a project contains ICE and 100% matches, when the TextBase is updated it will create new records in the TextBase, instead of overwriting. This means that many duplicates (same source and same target) are added to TextBases. To put this into context, one of our key customers has 27% repetition within the TextBase. Main impact of this is that the TextBase unnecessarily grows in size, which can have an impact on performance.
Idea: have an option to overwrite existing segments and not duplicate.
