We are pleased to announce the General Availability of SDL TMS 11.0.1. This is the first update on the SDL TMS 11.x branch and delivers some important updates, new features, and defect fixes.
Included in this release:
- new support for the SDL Language Cloud as a Machine Translation provider,
- a File Type update aligned with the recent release of SDL Trados Studio 2015 SR2, including the addition of 2 new out-of-the-box File Types, to support native processing of PDF files, and a wholly new DOCX filter.
In addition, we continue to build on the usability improvements begun with SDL TMS 11.0 with further updates and additions. For full details on all that is delivered in this release, please refer to the attached Release Notes at the bottom of this page.
SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for the upgrade to be deployed.

Note:
Our browser testing now includes Google Chrome and Microsoft® Edge which we are happy to add as officially supported browsers for use with SDL TMS.
In line with Microsoft's own support policy for earlier versions of Internet Explorer, we are now no longer actively testing IE9 and IE10, but officially support only IE11 and Edge - see KB article 9373.
