SDL TMS 11.0 | GroupShare Inbox in SDL TMS does not load

Symptoms: 
There was an issue identified related to the GroupShare Inbox, namely: the GroupShare Inbox would not load, even if a single task in the user's inbox was at the GroupShare stage.

Explanation: 
There is a stored procedure used for gathering the data to be displayed in the GroupShare Inbox. This procedure was checking data for all the tasks in the user's inbox, irrespective of the tasks being at the GroupShare stage or at another stage (such as Translation or any other stage).

Resolution: 
The fix includes optimizations to the stored procedure so that now only the tasks that are actually at the GroupShare stage are considered. The GroupShare Inbox will now display the appropriate data in a timely manner.

SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for a hotfix to be deployed.

Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS11.0 Hotfix for TMS-8299.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/11.0/Hotfix.
