Symptoms:
Users who had their inbox sorted by Due Date cannot access it after upgrading to SDL TMS 11.2.
Explanation:
As of TMS 11.2, the inbox differentiates between the Job Due Date and the Step Due Date columns. The now obsolete Due Date column was removed from the inbox to allow this differentiation.
Resolution:
This fix allows affected users to access their inbox again and customize the inbox layout with their preferred settings.
SDL-hosted customers should contact SDL Support to arrange for this hotfix to be deployed.
Customers who host SDL TMS themselves should download the installer for SDLTMS11.2 Hotfix for TMS-11767.exe from the following FTP site: ftp://sdlpatches:5dlpatch35@ftp-emea.sdlproducts.com/SDL TMS/11.2/Hotfix.
