I updated my Trados 2021 and now I cannot open Worldserver files. I press the "Open Worldserver package" button, a box appears saying the system is preparing to import the package and then the program just shuts down. I have downloaded and installed the latest Worldserver app and have followed all instructions I could find online, but nothing has helped. I do not know how to fix it.
Hi Anne, there are different versions of the WorldServer components, depending on the exact Studio version you are currently on. Please refer to this article:

and follow the steps to install the correct WorldServer component for your current Studio version. Once done, you should be able to open WSXZ packages using the "Open WorldServer package" button.

My Trados version is Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198 and I downloaded and installed this one
But it is still not working. It says "Preparing Package for Import.." but nothing happens and Trados eventually just shuts down.
