Unable to login to Collaborative Review

Hi All,

I am unable to login to the Collaborative Review application with error "Error: database must be loaded Unable to reach the database; it needs to be loaded by an administrator. Provide your system administrator this error message for troubleshooting."

I am seeing this error after upgrading the tomcat version to 9.0.20

  • Hey Paul,

    Tomcat does contain the installed app. I tried both ways, but current configuration I have is I copied over the application from previous version to the latest version.

    To make it easier I performed below steps.

    1. kept the same name for tomcat folder as older version. (ex: Tomcat9).

    2. Uninstalled the older version cleared all of the temp, logs, working directories in old and new Tomcat directories.

    3. Install the new version of tomcat as a service

    4. Copied over all of the config files from previous versions.

    5. Verified the tomcat has same java version as previous version.
