When we were using KC2016, it was possible to change working resolution after creating a publication. However, it is not possible to change the working resolution in TD14. I expect that changing the working resolution will be available again in future TD release.

That would be very useful; as is now you always have to create a new publication (but cannot delete the pub with the wrong resolution if it's been frozen).
