I've discovered a strange behaviour, and couldn't find the answer for that.
It happens for a specific output format on our servers, but only when publication fails, the PublicationOutput 2.5 GetPublishReportInfoByIshLngRef API endpoint send back a empty publish report XML. It has the following content:
"<?xml version=\"1.0\" encoding=\"utf-16\"?><ishpublishreportdataobjects />"
I expect to have content in the ishpublishreportdataobjects tag, which happens when the publication succeeds.
Has anyone meet this behaviour before?
Do we miss something in the publish plugin configuration? (e.g. forget to add a call to a plugin when using the output format)
