Hi,
I want to iterate through all the topics in a publication looking for a specific chunk of DITA.
Can someone advise if there is a feature in Web Client or Publication Manager that supports this requirement or if a Web API call or ISHRemote script would be best?

As suggested by others, you can use the Edit--->Search option to get the specific topic in the search result. See the attached screenshot for more information.
