Adding to Nigel's useful response, also remember that the RWS Community forums are not a replacement for the technical support teams that maintenance customers pay for. If you need technical support, your first act should be open a support ticket. I have found these forums useful in determining if a support ticket is needed. Absent a quick and easy resolution from the Community, that's the appropriate route.
