Hi, 

One of my users is using Tridon Docs 14.0 SP4 with old DITA-OT 2.3 publishing framework. Yes, DTD is described under the "DocTypes" folder maintained previously SDL.

Now I have received new publishing plug-in development request. Probably the user will not prefer to change the publishing environment,

But from the plug-in developer's perspective, DITA-OT 2.3 is too old to use in next development, it cannot use XSLT 3.0. I feel that XSLT 3.0 is indispensable for today's plug-in requirement.

However, the relevant user will not version up the DITA version from 1.2 to 1.3. As a result the developer side must continue to use the "DocTypes" folder that have OASIS & customized DTDs.

My question is very simple.

Does anyone have any experience to continue to use "DocTypes" folder in DITA-OT 3.x environment?
