We are using Tridion Docs v14.0.473 and there is a new Oxygen version launched now. Is the Tridion Docs version compatible with the new Oxygen version Author 25.1? or should we stick to the version we have already 23.1?

Oxygen 25.x is supported from Tridion Docs 15 onwards.
