New installed SDL Studio 2024/unable to open files or TMs

I pursued the upgrade from v2022 to v2024. It was declared I could use both versions. This reassured me that I wouldn't be completely out of action after the upgrade when something goes wrong. After the installation, when I tried to activate the new version, I assumed that I cannot use 2 ACTIVATED versions. I can keep the v2022 ONLY if I run the v2024 in trial mode. If I want to generate a license for v2024, I can only replace that of v2022 with this new license. So, then my v2022 probably loses its activation - I didn't dare to try - it stands in red, that this action is impossible to revert.
Actually, it would be OK, if the new version would at least work. In my case, after creating a new project I can't open files for translation, I get the error "Only docked panes may be pinned or unpinned". When I try to close the SW after this error, I get an error "Key not found: 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx'. Parameter name: key". Moreover, all my TMs cannot be opened as well, the error is that they are corrupted, but they work with v2022.

No idea what that is. Neither in Knowledge Base, nor in Community, there is any information about it.
I started to use Trados from 'preTrados" version (5.5 or smth, 1999) and I don't see a need to buy a maintenance or support. I only have problems with installation and the biginning of usage of SDL Studio - since 2007.

My questions are:

1. If I upgrade the licence - will I still able to use activated version of 2022?

2. Can it be that the problem is that I used my saved user profile from an older version?

3. If I will not get help here - is there any possibility to get help from RWS only for this problem?

    I deinstalled the Studio 2024, deleted files you indicated and reinstalled it again. With a default user profile. It didn't helped, I still cannot customize the colors in Translation Results Window. But I can change them Review (Options>Editor>Review)...

    By the way, it seems that it wasn't the clean install, because I wasn't prompted to set up the Studio.

    Moreover, I cannot open the package by clicking it. After clicking the package in File manager, Studio opens, but nothing happens - the package is not installed. I can open and install package only over Welcome window>Open Project package.

    I use the same version of Studio 2024, as you indicated.

    My Trados 2022 functions without these problems. But I noted that after installation of Studio 2024, the flag banner for Lithuanian is vanished there are only a gray rectangle. In the v2022 as well, but it was correct, before I activated v2024. I don't know, if it can show some dissotiation or problem with locale. The assotiation of the Studio files seems to work.
