"Reset License" option is not available for the license. Online/Offline deactivation has never been possible for this license and we always request your help here for deactivation. How can I send you the license code? Can I post it here?

Hello there. CS0022953 has been created and closed saying that the license has been reset but it hasn't and I can still see the license is active on my previous device. Could you please reopen the case?
