無効化証明書を入手しオフラインで無効化しようとし、失敗しました。

長い文字列なので念のため複数回試みましたが全て失敗しました。

手に負えない場合、どのような順で試すとよいでしょうか。

If you cannot deactivate it, you can reset i, just pick the fulfilment that suits the license you want to deactivate:
