TRADOS2021をオンラインでもオフラインでも無効化に失敗

オンラインでは無効化に失敗。オフラインでは無効化証明書を作成したはずが、それがどこにあるかわかりません。

無効化証明書を入手しオフラインで無効化しようとし、失敗しました。 
 長い文字列なので念のため複数回試みましたが全て失敗しました。 
 手に負えない場合、どのような順で試すとよいでしょうか。

The order is the one indicated in the video, you can start the video and do the steps at the same time - since you can pause it. 
 If you cannot deactivate it, you can reset i, just pick the fulfilment that suits the license you want to deactivate:

ビデオを見てオフラインでの無効化を開始しましたが、９時間経過してパソコンが無効化途上です。 
 別のパソコンにあるＴＲＡＤＯＳ２０２１で作業してよいですか。 
 また、無効化が長期の場合、どの程度の時間経過したら異常と判定できますか。

補足質問です。新しいパソコンにＴＲＡＤＯＳ２０２１を導入する場合、今のライセンス、2021FREELANCEPLUSでは同時使用が2つまでという理解でよいですか。
