Hi,
I haven't been able to use or even open Studio 2024 for several weeks. The launcher starts the application but when the "Loading Files..." message appears on the start-up window, the window just shuts down without displaying the app.
I followed the steps gathered in the same question posted here ( Cannot start Trados Studio 2024 after reinstallation) but none of the steps mentioned there worked on my side.
Could you please check and advise?

Paola Manca Hi Paola Manca, I could not find a Trados 2024 license linked to the email you are using with the community, I can open a case for you but you need to provide that email to the technical team when they get in touch, so they can make various verifications in the system.
