Cannot start Trados Studio 2024

Hi,

I haven't been able to use or even open Studio 2024 for several weeks. The launcher starts the application but when the "Loading Files..." message appears on the start-up window, the window just shuts down without displaying the app.

I followed the steps gathered in the same question posted here ( Cannot start Trados Studio 2024 after reinstallation) but none of the steps mentioned there worked on my side.

Could you please check and advise?

    We cannot open a thread, neither can the support team, and the Community is not linked to Studio profiles. Your colleague can create their own account on Community and post like you did, and we can open a case from there. 

    Also, make sure that you don't have any restrictions from your IT or domain regarding external emails, since you indicated you did not receive the emails sent by the technical team.

    This situation may indicate that there's a restriction on your side and no matter how many cases we open, if your domain or IT blocks the incoming emails, you or anyone from the company won't receive them. Make sure there is nothing blocked in Spam/Junk or Quarantined emails and you can add @rws.com to the safe sender list.
