GroupShare Cloud crashing almost everyday

Hello,

We cannot connect to GroupShare. This is a quite recurring, time-consuming and severe issue, not only because it obviously prevents us from updating our GS TMs in real time, but also because Studio crashes and we lose a lot of time waiting for it to return to normal state.

Yet, the problem is not only that. If you launch Studio and, on the GroupShare login dialog you explicitly indicate that you do NOT want to login because you already know that there are connection problems, Studio STILL tries to connect, crashes and there is nothing that can be done until it recovers from this loop, and it takes ages :(

Is there any way to correct this behavior ourselves?

If not and there are not any plans to fix this recurring error in GS platform in the near future, could sthis Studio behavior at least be fixed?
