Groupshare project (Studio 2017) - TM not working properly

Dear Community, 
 I recently started to use groupshare and upgraded to Studio 2017. I am now working on a larger project and after a full day of work I started having issues with the TM. 
 When modifying and confirming a previously translated segment, the TM appears to create another entry, instead of just overwriting the already existing entry. 
 Did anyone have the same problem? Is this an issue with the client's server or should I change something in my settings?

Hi Annalisa. 
Just a quick one to check first. When you are confirming the modified segment the "Add as a new translation" option is not being used instead of just the "Confirm" as this would then create a new entry rather than overwriting the original ?

Another thing to check: What exact version is the GroupShare server? 
Which cumulative update for Studio are you using? (Help > About SDL Trados Studio) 
 
If you or the owner of the GroupShare server have a support contract, it may be simplest to log a support ticket so we can look at the details.
