Import into GroupShare TMs / Upgrade TMs to GroupShare

Question

We have a very urgent problem with importing into GroupShare TMs resp. with upgrading TMs to GroupShare. 
 Only after a latency of 1 or 2 minutes the TM content is displayed in GroupShare TMs. 
 What's taking so long? Do we have a database problem?
