Please try restarting the services in GroupShare- (in the SDL Trados GroupSHare console-
https://gateway.sdl.com/CommunityKnowledge?articleName=000003462
Should this still not resolve the issue, as a GS user, you will I believe also have a valid PSMA contract, therefore please log in to your SDL account/Support and log a support ticket and our technicians can take a look for you.
