Task Error - Unable to export a TM of 2.264.000 TU from GroupShare

Question

Hi everyone, Lately, we have been experiencing some issues with one of our translation memories. We have tried to export it from our GroupShare 2017, however, at some point we get a message saying that the task failed. We only have issues with this particular memory that has over 2.264.000 translation units. We were wondering if this is a recurrent error or if it has anything to do with the amount of TU that our TM has. We are able to export all of our TMs except this one. Does anyone have a suggestion or any idea why this is happening? Thank you so much for your help. Please find below some screenshots of the process we have been following:

 In order to look further into this issue, we would need you to raise this as a Support Case via Gateway. To do this, please follow the instructions in the article below:

 A Support Engineer would need to have a look at the GroupShare logs, and the full error message that is received when accessing the Failed Background Task, under System Configuration > Background Tasks.

Now, this is a bit old and there might be better solutions but we solved a similar case by exporting using filters from Studio. 
 
 We realised we could export applying filter exported segments older than a given date. We could also exports all segments which were older than that date. This meant that we could export all segments using filters which excluded some corrupted segments from one specific date. 
 
 Otherwise, SDL Support can most likely offer you better solution if they can look into your database.
