Would also help if you can provide detailed information about the assignment: are the notification emails not received in only some situations? You can take this as example: UserA completes the Translation stage and the file is moved to Review stage and the UserB (assigned to Review stage) doesn't receive the email notification.

Thanks, Fran. These essentials could be the solution if we (the client) were not using the system four for years now. There was such a case in the beginning and was solved by the support team. The solution then was not the one you just advised. Unluckily, now they miss SMA. Let's see what happens in the next few days.
Meaning that this happened abruptly at one for all users.
