GS online user is not delivered the project

Hi,

The project is created by the manager without any errors occuring.

However, several translators do not receive the notification about the assignemnt.

    Can you please share the Trados GroupShare version installed on the server? You can retrieve this information from: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000012700

    Would also help if you can provide detailed information about the assignment: are the notification emails not received in only some situations? You can take this as example: UserA completes the Translation stage and the file is moved to Review stage and the UserB (assigned to Review stage) doesn't receive the email notification.

    GS version is as follows: UI: 14.1.8 GS: 14.2.32756.8 - SR1 CU8

    On your question "would also help if you can provide detailed information about the assignment: are the notification emails not received in only some situations? You can take this as an example: UserA completes the Translation stage and the file is moved to the Review stage and the UserB (assigned to the Review stage) doesn't receive the email notification," we have to say that no mail notifications are sent to the persons assigned.

  • If emails are not being received please check the following:

    • Make sure that the users you want to assign tasks to are added to the Trados GroupShare server. Add the missing users to the Trados GroupShare server before you begin the assignment process.
    • Make sure that your Trados GroupShare users are assigned roles and permissions that allow them to perform actions on the assigned files. Assign users the appropriate roles or adjust the permissions associated to their roles before you begin the assignment process.
    • If both the above are correctly configured then check the email attached to the user is correct and that the user has added the email for GroupShare notifications to their "safe" emails to avoid them being sent to junk/spam/clutter folders
