Can you provide the error message stack trace?

The root cause might be from somewhere else. Can you tell me when the users encounter this error message? When accessing MultiTerm Desktop or when accessing server termbase via MultiTerm Desktop?
I need to ask also, what version of Trados GroupShare and what version of MultiTerm Desktop is installed on your environment?
