Hi Emilie DUFFOUR , if you try to access the GroupShare web link via web browser are you able to? If so, there might be a TLS protocol change required. I will share the article after you confirm if the server can be accessed via web browser.

Emilie DUFFOUR , please try the following settings change:

1. Close Trados Studio
2. Go to registries at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\ and add a New Key, under Protocols naming it TLS 1.2
3. Under the TLS 1.2 Key, create a New Key, naming it Client
4. The full registry key path should look like this now HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client
5. Inside the Client key, add a new DWORD Value with Value Name DisabledByDefault and Value data: 0

I have no H disk on my computer. I'm completely lost by now...

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools

Double click on Registry Editor 

Go to this path afterwards: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\

Make the necessary adjustments.

Good morning Alex,

Thank you for your answer. In the meantime I asked someone who told me to open regedit.exe from the Windows Start menu and that's what I did. From there I was able to make the settings change you told me to do and it seems to work now when I open Trados Studio and try to open a GroupShare project, it connects me to GroupShare.
