Hi,
I am not anymore to connect to GS server when I click on a link to get my translation project file. I receive the following message "Unable to contact the server. Check your connection Internet or contact the Trados GroupShare admin":
I also tried to get the files through the Studio Home page > Open a GroupShare project option. I'm using Trados Studio 2022.
Could you please help to solve this?

From the error message it seems your Trados Studio is unable to communicate with selected GroupShare server.
In similar cases i would do the following troubleshooting steps:
IN Trados Studio:
1. go to: File > Setup -> Servers and check that your server connection is marked with green tick mark. If it isn't check that you entered correctly server address, SSL, SDL Provider type, user name and password. In your preferred web browser:
1. In the address bar type the full server name (with https:// or http://) Can you see the GroupShare daashboard login page?
If you can't see the GroupShare server login page, that your GroupShare server is inacessible or down. 
2. Now type in your user name and password and check that your user get validated. if you get an error, than you should check that you are entering username and password correctly.
Entering username and password correctly should show the GroupShare server dashboard with the hello message:
