Hello,
I'm using an agency's Groupshare for their termbase, but I can no longer access it.
When I try to login to the server I get this error message (I am connected to the server for the TM though):
I already tried some of the proposed solutions, but none of them work:

A connection to SDL Multi Term Server could not be established - The root element is missing.
I am not using a VPN and the agency confirmed they had no issues with the Groupeshare on their end.
I'm using Trados 2021.
