Is there any way to give just some people permission to edit a server-based TM within a group? I was able to do that with a file-based TM, but the Access Rights option is not available when I try to do it with a server-based TM.

You can manage the access and level of permissions for your resources (including server-based Translation Memories) by providing specific roles to the users. You can also create custom roles on your GroupShare server if your own role allows this.
