I think at the time of your post the public notice had not been put up but we are still experiencing difficulties following on from the server outage at the weekend and this will affect your ability work with the RWS AppStore. Our IT team is working to resolve this but for now you will not be able to download or upload apps. We apologise for the inconvenience and will update the community when we have a resolution in place.

Completely agree. Trados charges a lot of money for its software, and being unwilling to pay for a temporary fix while a permanent fix is built is utterly shameful. They could put all the apps on an FTP server and let folk download them from there, just as an emergency measure.

Their ethics have gone steadily downhill in the 22 years I've known the company.

It's not helpful at all making completely ignorant comments like this.  None of you have any idea what's involved here and if it was possible to do this easily we would have done this already.  I know you don't believe a word we are telling you or I hope you wouldn't post like this, but there are many people focused on trying to resolve a problem that isn't something we can solve in any of the ways you think are possible.  In fact the taking of our ethics and professional responsibilities so much more seriously are part of why we cannot do what you think is so easy.
