I am trying to download the DeepL plugin for Trados Studio, but every time this message appears after I press the Download button.

So now I'm clutching at straws! We are really struggling to identify why this is a problem for some users, so here's a few questions:

To answer your questions:
1) I see exactly that when copying the link in my browser (Edge Chromium).
2) I'm on W10 currently, so no W7.
3) I have already restarted my computer a couple of times in the past few days (updates, some other issues that were unrelated) but no changes in my app store so far I'm afraid 
Thank you... so we will need to scratch our heads a bit more!
In the meantime if you go back and look at the information that was returned when you entered the URL in your browser you will also find all the links to the direct downloads for the apps. You can use that to find the apps you need and the right version, then download from there.
We are building a frontend for this at the moment to make it easier for users who cannot see anything in Studio but that's a few weeks away. Until then we'll scratch our heads and you can search the json results for the download links you need. Just search for the names.

are you running Studio through a remote desktop connection? No, installed on this PC and access through the company network or VPN
Are you able to run Studio when you are not on the VPN or company network and still have an internet connection? I'm just wondering if dropbox might be blocked for you as we use that for all the information you'll see in the appstore integration via our Enterprise account.

Paul Hi Paul, I think we're getting closer to the cause of the problem now.
Good that you asked because no, without the VPN or company network, I can no longer open my Studio because we use a license server (which requires the connection to the company network or through VPN). But earlier, when you told me to simply search for the plugin I needed in the code, I did get an error when opening the specific Dropbox link for the DeepL plugin because apparently, Dropbox is blocked because of company policies. If Dropbox is indeed also used for the integration of the app store, then that might explain why my private app store remains empty even though I configured it properly, if I understand correctly?

Your IT might be able to help here in two ways:
The second option was actually the reason for the Private AppStore capability in the first place because previously users could not get at the real appstore either as they didn't have their own credentials and there used to be a licence check.
Either way we can't help you with this problem now. It's going to be something your IT team will have to resolve.

Frankly, I think using Dropbox is a bad choice for commercial usage. Many companies are blocking Dropbox access in their firewalls.
RWS should seriously consider another way of handling this!

Well... this is a temporary solution and we are using an Enterprise Dropbox account because many large companies are using Dropbox, including RWS. We will never be able to please everybody all of the time!!
