This may be related to not being logged into Studio with the appropriate account. Can confirm how far you got in configuring your resources in the cloud and that you are using the same account in Studio that you would use to access here:

Then we can look at what we need to do next, and if needed we can get your Language cloud account checked.

Thank you for reacting to my call for help so quickly! :-)

I confirm that I am using Studio with the same account as I am using both here and when accessing my cloud account. I access the latter by clicking on the green box with my name in the top right-hand corner of Studio and then clicking on 'Trados Studio Freelance Cloud Capabilities'.When cloud opens, I can see the green bar at the top of the screen with 'Dashboard', 'Resources', 'Users', and 'Terminology'. I have also been able to create a new termbase in the cloud account.

However, I do not see the 'Customers' menu - although I can see (in the 'Resources' menu) that there are 3 customers (these were, as far as I can remember, created some time ago - most likely using Studio 2021).

I hope the extra information provided above helps to locate the source of the problem.
