Access to Trados Live disabled

Dear All,

I'm struggling to get access to Trados Live since Friday, and I'm getting the error message below.  

I've tried to reinstall my Trados Studio 2024, but to issue persists.  Can someone give an hint about this failure that I've never seen before? Many thanks in advance.

Error message stating 'There was an error in our system! Retrying in 43 seconds... Please contact support if the problem persists.' with options for 'Details' and 'Logout'.
